Charlie Triplett
(Head of Accessibility Ops, NBC Universal)

Charlie Triplett is a champion of inclusive UX design and accessible UI engineering at NBCUniversal as Director of Accessibility Ops.

In his 20 years of experience in the SEO and conversion optimization space, he learned to create products that *everyone* can use leading to greater business gains. Now he applies that approach to unlock innovation by creating perceivable, operable, understandable and robust products for all customers.

He invented AtomicA11y.com — a tool that makes accessibility testable for everyone with atomic level acceptance criteria; product managers, designers, developers and QA teams might not know WCAG, but they can understand these plain acceptance criteria.

Meanwhile, they say there's no playbook for accessibility, so Charlie wrote one: The Book on Accessibility fills a specific gap as an operational guide for focusing any sized organization on accessibility. It contains practical and timely KPIs for every stage of managing an accessibility program.

He lives in NYC where he enjoys getting out of the city and a good latte.
